Grapes: 90% Grenache Noir, 5% Syrah & 5% Cinsault
This rosé wine is made according to the oldest and most used method. The winemaking starts with red wines, but the fermentation is shortened: the colorful juice is drained ("saigner").
Ideal as an aperitif and delicious with tuna tartare, risotto with scallops, king prawns, goat cheese and sushi.
